If you need
internet connectivity you can get it quickly and easily
through CyberiaNet.
In many
areas of Hyères it is already possible to get FREE
access to Broadband Internet through CyberiaNet's
wireless network.
If you can receive our signal (and the coverage area is
expanding all the time) then you can complete a form
on-line, and within a few hours you will have unlimited
fast Internet.
Connecting
to CyberiaNet is simple, but exact procedures may vary a
little between operating systems, the first two pictures
below are from Windows XP.
Our wireless system is very advanced. You don’t need to
change any I.P. or Proxy settings (say from your work
network) which are set up on your laptop, just leave
them as they are.
Our system
will automatically detect and translate them to work
with our networks - so no settings will be changed on
your computer and you wont need to reset everything when
you go back to your home or office wireless LAN.

Just
‘View Available Wireless Networks’ (a right
mouse click option on the wireless network icon
- bottom right of your screen). |

Select the strongest CyberiaNet network you can
see. |

Open Internet Explorer (or other web browser)
and you will see our log in page. |

Click the "FREE ACCOUNT" link on the right hand
side in the log in box. |
|
|

This will open a notice - read it and click
"OPEN MY ACCOUNT" |

Fill out the form giving the requested details
and click on "SUBSCRIBE FOR TRIAL ACCOUNT. |

A
confirmation window will open showing your
application was successful. You will also
receive an e-mail telling you that your FREE
account has been opened. |

In 3-4 hours
you will be able to log in using your username and
password. The first time you log in you will need to
complete the UserName and Password boxes on the welcome
screen. |

As
part of your first login sequence we will
automatically try to store a cookie on your
computer which will mean that in future you will
not complete the login. You will see the auto
login screen above and (if you have pop-ups
enabled on your browser) a pop-up status box
which will give you information about your
connection. |

If
you have cookies and pop-ups blocked on your
computer you will still get onto the network OK
- but you will need to log in with UserName and
Password each time. |
